People say "life is short"... and it's true. We need to live it. However, in order to do that enjoyably for as long as possible, we need to look after our body and mind. That can be overwhelming with all the other demands life throws at us and it's often difficult to know where to start.
Coaching should feel supportive, not overwhelming.
My approach is built around helping you become stronger, more confident and consistent with both training and nutrition, without the noise and confusion that often comes with it.
In a world where “wellness” advice is everywhere you turn; social media, mainstream media and other well intentioned do-gooders who've got their information from topless influencers shouting about "harmful" ingredients in supermarkets, it’s easy to feel even more confused.
A lot of the information we are faced with is overcomplicated, unrealistic, or based on cherry-picked research and short-term promises... often with a side of discount codes for supplements you don't need.
My coaching focuses on what actually works: simple, evidence-based and realistic strategies that fit into your life, alongside the responsibilities you have. No extremes, no quick fixes, and no “6-week shred” mentality; just a sustainable way of training, eating and thinking that will support you long-term.
I help clients build strong foundations, improve their relationship with food and cut through common myths so they can make informed choices with confidence. So alongside the physical side of things, we also work on mindset and body image because lasting results run far deeper than just how you look on the outside.
The goal isn’t just to get results. Whether you want to get healthier, fitter, stronger, lose fat, gain muscle or improve food relationship, the goal is to give you the tools and awareness to keep the results long after coaching ends.

Everything in our Standard Package with the addition of fortnightly voice or video calls to support habit-change.

Together, we will unravel the jumbled thought processes and habits diet culture may previously have created for you, leaving you able to move your body for longevity and because you want to, not because you feel you have to. No more earning and burning off food and being a slave to your fitness tracker!
We move away from foods being 'good' or 'bad' , 'healthy' or 'unhealthy' as food has no moral value. Instead we look at what we need to eat to fuel ourselves well and keep ourselves nourished. We work on giving ourselves permission to eat whatever we want, without guilt. However (!), whilst nothing is 'off limits', we work towards understanding that whilst we can eat anything, that doesn't mean we have to eat everything.
Meal plans can sometimes help to create structure but often they can create too much rigidity which can subsequently cause stress and anxiety when it comes to situations where you can't eat 'on plan'. This is why I provide a food options guide and educate clients on food itself so that they feel empowered and confident to make choices that align with their goals in general day-to-day busy life, whether that is eating at home, on holiday, or out and about.
We talk regularly about misinformation and 'disinformation' to cut through the noise and confusion you may come across in daily life. No question is a silly question as you will no doubt have been inundated on social media with ads providing you with 'solutions' for problems you probably don't have - e.g. a female specific protein powder or supplements to target your 'cortisol belly' or inability to lose fat due to perimenopause. Unfortunately, mainstream media is generally no better as 'documentaries' or interviews are frequently broadcast which simply create fear, anxiety and guilt.
Often people forget that exercise can be fun as well as challenging. I help clients achieve their goals, whether they be health, strength or physique based, ensuring the programme is not only realistic and achievable in the time available but also easy to follow. Life can be complicated enough already!
Lacking confidence to lift weights? Don't worry! You will have support to not only ensure your form is correct, but also to give you the awareness and confidence to train hard and effectively so that you actually see results.
You will see that it is possible to transition to a place where you will no longer see exercise and nutrition as a burden but things that are just part of life. Having mastered the basics and appreciating the ways they enrich and will continue to enrich your life, you will have kicked yo-yo dieting and "starting again Monday" to the kerb for the last time and have the tools not to go back.
For finally doing what you have been trying to do for years and actually moving forward with pride, strength and happiness.
Meeting others who have been in similar situations and wholeheartedly support you, always.
